By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

How We Share Your Information

First Health Enrollment, LLC does not sell your personal information, and does not share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share leads with outside marketers or lead buyers.

We disclose personal information only in the following limited ways:

We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

SMS / Text Message Marketing & Telephone Calls (TCPA Consent)

When you check the consent box and submit our quote form, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive marketing text (SMS/MMS) messages and/or voice calls from First Health Enrollment, LLC (operator of golifequote.com) and its licensed agents at the phone number you provide, including wireless numbers and messages or calls sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) or other automated technology, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. This consent is not a condition of any purchase or quote.

Mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are excluded from every category of data sharing described in this policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The mobile phone number you provide and your SMS opt-in and consent are used solely by First Health Enrollment, LLC and its licensed agents to send the messages you requested.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a quote. Checking the consent box is optional — you may submit the form and request information without agreeing to receive autodialed marketing calls or text messages. If you do not check the box, we will not record marketing call or SMS consent for your submission; a licensed agent may still contact you about the inquiry you submitted, including by phone and email at the number and address you provide.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us; after you reply STOP you will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further marketing texts to that number. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at (844) 569-1969 or info@firsthealthenroll.org. Opting out of text messages will not, by itself, stop telephone calls; to stop calls, tell the agent you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list or contact us using the methods in “Your Rights & Choices” below.

We retain a record of your consent (including the consent text, a timestamp, and the consent status) as described in “Consent & Tracking Data” and “Data Retention.” You may revoke your consent at any time using any reasonable method, including the STOP keyword, the methods described in “Your Rights & Choices,” or our Contact Us page.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for a period of ten (10) years from the date of collection. This retention period satisfies the requirements of the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and is consistent with the consent record-keeping standards applicable to licensed insurance agents and brokers.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see “Contact Information” below). Deletion requests are subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@firsthealthenroll.org or call us at (844) 569-1969. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
